San Diego International Airport (SAN) is the closest and best choice. Please book your arrival flight for any time February 24 to ensure you are able to fully participate in event activities beginning the morning of February 25.
Event activities conclude with a full team dinner February 26. Please book your departure flight for any time February 27.
The event dress code is business casual. Closed-toed, hard-soled shoes are required for all driving activities. No flip flops, sandals, heels, wedges, etc. will be permissible during the drives. You will also need to present your valid driver's license and sign a driving waiver.
The event consists of indoor and outdoor activities. San Diego's late February average temperatures range from the low-50s to the high-60s. Please check the weather forecast and plan accordingly.
The February 25 reception dinner will be on an outdoor patio overlooking the ocean. We recommend comfortable business casual attire along with an over layer for the cooler evening temperatures.
The February 26 closing dinner will be an indoor/outdoor experience on a boat touring the bay. Once again, this is a business casual affair and an over layer for cooler temperatures should be considered. You are certainly encouraged to elevate your attire to add a sense of fun formality to the closing of this special event.
We recommend bringing a reusable water bottle and a small backpack or bag to stay refreshed and easily carry any materials you'll take away from the experience.
You are responsible for arranging your ground transportation to and from the Loews Coronado Bay Resort. Rideshare services are widely available and easily accessible.
We will reserve a hotel room for you at the Loews Coronado Bay Resort based on the dates you selected during registration. Room and tax are estimated at approximately $300 per night. At check-in, you will be required to provide a credit card to cover your room, tax, and any incidental charges.
Please note that no-shows or cancellations within 72 hours of the event will be charged a $400 fee due to hotel policies.
You are free to do so at your own expense. However, please note that every arranged aspect of the event, including meals, is for Lexus team members only.
